No. Due to the restrictions placed upon retailers during these current times, we are only able to operate with a ‘Click & Collect’ procedure.
Yes. We have large volumes of cars which are outside and therefore wouldn’t require access to the showroom, any follow up would be require to occur remotely. This would be on a appointment based viewing only though, without the possibility of test drives.
You will be provided the opportunity to test drive the car on collection day. All relevant paperwork and deposits will be required to have been completed prior to this, if unhappy with anything you will not be required to proceed.
Yes. All of our cars will have been fully cleaned and disinfected prior to collection.
You will receive a full refund
Our service departments are all still operating for essential repairs over these lockdown periods, this applies to all customers, not just essential workers.
Home deliveries are available if collections aren’t possible
Exceptions can and will be made for any essential workers requiring the purchase of a new car, showroom visits can be arranged for such purchases.
