Popular Ford Puma goes electric with up to 233 miles of range

The Ford Puma Gen-E is the latest addition to Ford's electric vehicle lineup in Europe, offering a compact and practical option for urban drivers.

Range and Performance: Equipped with a 43 kWh (usable) battery, the Puma Gen-E delivers a WLTP-rated range of up to 234 miles (376 km) on a single charge. It supports DC fast charging up to 100 kW, allowing the battery to charge from 10% to 80% in approximately 23 minutes. The front-mounted electric motor produces 165 horsepower, enabling acceleration from 0 to 62 mph (0 to 100 km/h) in eight seconds.

Pricing: In the UK, the Puma Gen-E starts at £29,995 for the Select trim, with the Premium trim priced at £31,995. Standard features include 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, and a 12-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Premium trim adds 18-inch alloy wheels, matrix LED headlights, and a higher-quality B&O sound system.
