Ford Privilege runs in conjunction with Ford Motor Company to reward affiliate employees and their families. It gives employees and their beneficiaries the opportunity to save thousands on the price of a new Ford car. Employees are welcome to use the scheme after one month’s service, and they can also nominate relatives and friends to benefit from the Ford Privilege scheme or the Ford Ambassador Scheme. Up to five Ford vehicles can be purchased within a 9-month period on the Privilege scheme, or three vehicles on the Ambassador.
