Rental Information

Rates
All rates are subject to change without notice. They include provision of maintenance, oil and motoring organisation roadside assistance cover. FUEL IS NOT INCLUDED.
Driver Qualification
Minimum and Maximum age limits apply. A clean, valid, full driving license is required and should be produced at time of hire. Certain endorsements may be accepted. Please contact rental reception to confirm those details. Additional security checks may be required for first time and/or cash paying customers.
Insurance
All Ford Rental vehicles are properly insured. A copy of the insurance policy is available for inspection upon request.
Payment
Pre-payment of the estimated charges, including DW charge or insurance excess deposit, together with a security deposit to include fuel supplied at commencement of rental, is required. Payment is accepted either by cash, credit or debit card.
Extension of Rental Period
The rental period may only be extended by prior arrangement before the initial period of rental expired and a further pre-payment will be required. Failure to comply with this condition may render void the insurance cover provided.
Foreign Travel
Vehicle may not be take outside of Mainland Britain. (i.e. England, Wales, Scotland) or N. Ireland without prior written permission. Special rates and insurance cover provisions apply.
